subliminal pictures in WT publications
by In_between_days ina recent thread got me quite interested in this, as i was amazed to hear that some people have seen "demonic" looking picture in dub publications; i do remember being shown by a dub in the revelatiopn book a picture of jehovah (or jesus, i cant remember ) smashing something with a big rod, adn there is a hideous lloking claw, reaching up trying to grap the stick (or sceptre i cant remember what it was) sorry if this post is really incoherant, i just had two double vodkas with vanilla coke!!.
anyway, i was quite astonished ot read that others have seen other images.
what im after in this thread is a list of where people have seen these images and in what publications; i remember showing this certain picture to my family and them saying "are you really trying to tell me that jehovah would allow the demons to do this in his publications.

I was especially interested by the reports given for Belgium, France and Germany.
Belgium and France are strongly criticized because they investigate on Jehovah's Witnesses and Scientology activities.
The Office created by the Belgian authorities two years ago (CIAOSN - Centre d'Information et d'Avis sur les Organisations Sectaires Nuisibles - Center of Information and Advice concerning Harmful Sectarian Organizations) is strictly controled by the US Governement through its Ambassy in Belgium. More than controlled, I should say that the CIAOSN is gagged by the US Ambassy !

by Motema Bolingo inthe belgian authorities are preparing a survey-report about jehovah's witnesses activities in our country.. they mention in their report that, in a congregation, the body of elders represents locally the autority of the watch tower bible and tract society (brooklyn).. i hear that the belgian bethel tell them that it is not true.
they say : the body of elders represents locally the autority of the christian congregation of jehovah's witnesses (brooklyn).. did they change their names in the states ?.

Things are not too bad in Belgium.
Our Minister of Foreign Affairs is just in NY visiting the United Nations. His last discourse clearly shows that Belgium is not at all in agreement with the political views of Bush. We are a small country, but Brussels is the European Capital and all the main decisions are taken there.

Is it cheaper to live in the U.S.A?
by haujobbz inbeing from the uk i find the cost of living high, but according to most its much cheaper to live in the usa,i mean food is cheaper,fuel is cheaper,hi-fi is cheaper,i bet everything is cheaper,why the hell is it cheaper in the usa.
so if im wrong convince me why im better off in the uk.

Hello Dia,
I live in Belgium. Being member of an official group giving help and distributing information about cults, I am very often in close contact with the authorities.
Believe me, anti-cults groups in France and Belgium are working hard to denounce the hypocrisy of the Watch Tower. We are sure that one day or another, the WT will be forced to pay their fines and their taxes.
As I was just explaining to Sentinel, we work on the translation of CoC and we hope that this book will be like a bomb.

Writing in English is a little bit complicated for me, this is the reason why my participation on this forum is rather limited.
Translating from English to French is obviously easier.
I belong the a "team" busy with the translation in French of Ray Franz book "Crisis of Conscience" (4th edition 2002).
"Team" means that we are only three persons to do the job : Celia, my wife Jacqueline and myself. We work in close cooperation with Ray.
If all goes well, the French edition will be available for the end of this year.
